What is coaching and how will it help you?
Coaching sets up a trusted, confidential and supportive partnership between a client and a coach to allow for the client’s maximum growth and success.
The client’s aspirations and goals drive the coaching relationship.
Coaches certified by the International Coach Federation abide by a strong Code of Ethics and have received extensive training.

Working Together
individual coaching
Coaching one to one (1:1) is customized to each client. We coach on your particular situation to achieve your desired outcome. We partner to get you over the hump and into a space of success and ease. This program is based on 12 sessions to be taken anytime over the course of six months. By the end of the 12 sessions, clients may choose to continue coaching on a variety of topics.
MASTER COACHING PACKAGES
The Master Coaching packages are tailored to a specific outcome such as Master Your Money, Master Your Confidence, Master Your Relationships, Master Your Creative Business or Master Your Creative Life. They follow predetermined outlines with ongoing reflection and homework.
Essentially, these packages are complete courses on a particular topic with the addition of private coaching for quick progress and lasting changes. Count on 4 months to a year depending on the program.
Strategic team training
A perfect way to get clarity on one or two area of focus. Team performance and cohesion are at the forefront of a company’s success. Using Social and Collective Intelligence, strategic and critical thinking, and the creativity and natural resourcefulness of each member, we quickly find solutions together. Two follow-up sessions to anchor the learning and set you up for long-term success.
Performance WORKSHOPS AND MASTERCLASSES
I lead Performance workshops to boost your confidence, presentation skills and professionalism – on stage or in front of any audience. I am known for my lively, inspiring, fun leading style and will take you from demystifying stage fright to the nitty gritty of being a pro on stage or when presenting. It is a skill and it’s learnable. It’s also a great way to give you confidence in every other areas of your life.
The Masterclasses specialize in the psychology of performance and creativity. We do a deep dive into the ins and outs of the creative mind, creativity in the work place, and the physiological characteristics of performance anxiety (stage fright).
I give these workshops and masterclasses to business professionals, creative agencies, coaches, music professors and music students.
mediation and facilitation
Private mediation and facilitation for creative groups and agencies, bands, orchestras and any formation of two or more people in the creative space. I use both my coaching and mediation training for conflict and dispute resolution to come to an agreeable solution, resulting in win-wins for all parties.
mentoring and Training For ICF coaches
A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), I mentor coaches in getting their professional credentials and their coaching practices going.
I also teach creativity coaching to other coaches who want to know more about this specialized field of coaching.

All who need to present well in front of others: Stage performers, musicians, speakers, leaders, business executives, politicians, entrepreneurs, sales people, clergy, music students, etc. We work 1:1 or in workshops.
Groups and teams in the creative and business space that need to build up their cohesion, strategic and critical thinking, implementation and productivity, be they in IT, marketing, Broadway musical or movie crew. The principles are the same.
