I have been a Creativity and High Performance coach for over 15 years. My passion is to inspire you and guide you to build a thriving business or career, and to find personal fulfillment by embracing a success and creativity mindset.
I am also a mentor coach, workshop leader, business consultant and performing singer-songwriter.
Multifaceted in my approach, I coach the whole person, the full BEING, to help you balance your professional, creative and personal life. Work and life work in tandem to create harmony.
Be it with a team or an individual, my pragmatic, dynamic and fun coaching style is inspired by my unshakable belief that we all have untapped creative resources and talents ready to be fully lived and shared – no matter where we are in our creative journey. At times, we need directions and guidance to draw them out and make sense of our work and personal lives. My joy is to accompany you in this discovery.
I have been a student of high performance and creativity for years. An artist, entrepreneur and performer myself, I understand intimately the creative process and the roller-coaster ride associated with this lifestyle. I have been where you are today and have successfully gone through two major career transitions, from being a professional musician to banking (don’t ask!) to my current favorite job, coaching, and I reclaimed my artistic self in the process. It’s been quite the journey.
Why do the letters after my name matter? Training in the profession of coaching is very important to make sure you get quality coaching. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) through the acclaimed Coaches Training Institute (CTI) – two of the most respected coaching certifications in the world. I continue to learn every day to give you the best possible value.
I care and believe in the power of coaching so much that I have dedicated the past five years to ICF and my local Northern California chapter. I currently serve as the Director at Large and Credentialing Officer on the board of the Sacramento Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation. I am also its former president.

Why do we avoid the very things we love most?
This question and its variation go to the heart of who we are as artists and creative entrepreneurs, and how we see our creativity and its role in our lives and society at large. I had to answer that question myself and I understand the angst behind it.
Creatives have so many profound and difficult questions to answer. It’s not easy to do it alone. That’s why I became a creativity coach.
